Welcome to our mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Overview of the App

The App provides tools to help you clean and optimize your device storage, including:

• iCloud Cleanup
• Quick Cleanup
• Similar Photo Cleanup
• Screenshot Cleanup
• Similar Video Cleanup
• Blurry Photo Detection

All media analysis and processing occur locally on your device. No photos, videos, or personal files are uploaded to our servers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Subscription & Payment

The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features.

Available Subscription Plans

• Weekly Subscription: USD $7.99
• Monthly Subscription: USD $11.99
• Yearly Subscription: USD $29.99

Billing & Auto-Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal will be charged to your account within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
• You will not receive a refund for the unused portion of the subscription period.

Free Trial (if applicable)

If a free trial is offered:

• Any unused portion of a trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Review all files before deletion
• Ensure you do not delete important photos, videos, or documents
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to modify, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the App's functionality

We are not responsible for accidental deletion caused by user actions.

5. Media & Data Handling

• All photo, video, and file analysis occurs locally on your device.
• The App does not collect, store, or transmit your media to our servers.
• You retain full control over your files and deletion decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of photos, videos, or other data
• Device performance issues
• Subscription or payment-related issues handled by Apple
• Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the App

Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

7. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of file detection
• 100% error-free performance
• Compatibility with all devices or iOS versions

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, interface elements, and software within the App are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior
• Required by law or regulatory authorities

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update or modify this User Agreement at any time.

Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
